Cleartip - Refund not received after Hotel cancellation

Dear Sir,
I had booked family room in Malabar hotel by cleartip booking site in Katra J& K location *night stay and Trip ID ************. I have cancelled booked hotel on dated **.**.** but total refund amount not received. When i have not taken hotel service,why we pay. Please help and refund my money.
