I have incorrectly booked a flight from Delhi to Bombay instead of Bombay to delhi on */**/**. With in some minutes, i contacted the cleartrop to cancel my fligh but the customer care said cnacellation charges of around **% of flight tick will be deducted.
Afterthat i contacted the airline to cancel my flight. The airline had refunded me the whole amount as per DGCA guideline, however the cleartrip i saying that they will charge cleartrip charges around *** in the name of cancellation charges.
They further said that these charges are non - refundable charges.
My point is that first they should show these charges upfront in the invoice as these are non refundable charges.
They did not help in cancellation of my ticket then why they are charging such charges.
If they are charging some other charges in the name of cancellation charges they should intimate at the time of payment like conveinience fee.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
