I have ordered for feeding kurta on **-*-**** from meesho app. It got delivered on **-*-****. As the item was not to my expectation with quality I requested for return. The same was arranged by the delivery partner of meesho through delhivery and on **-*-**** it was collected and I received the message from delhivery as stated:
"Dear customer, your PICKRRTECHNOLOGIES Reverse pickup with AWB ************* & pickupcode DLVPC********** is picked successfully. Status on www.delhivery.com. - Delhivery."
But when I checked with meesho for refund they responded that item is not received back.hence refund cannot be initiated. Please help me in this regard, several modes of attempts with meesho was made and it failed with the same response. Please do the needful as it got more than * month of return of item.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
