Booked a flight ticket from Mumbai to Ahmedabad for *th April on this website
Received an email and message after payment saying that the booking is confirmed and that the ticket will be sent in ** minutes.
All I received was a cancellation email saying that the booking has been cancelled even though I hadn't cancelled anything.
They have not refunded the amount which I really need to book another ticket to get home.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
