Excitel Broadband - Refund not received after 100 days of follow up

My security deposit of ₹**** has not been refunded yet, and it has been pending for ** days. Neither does customer care pick up the phone, nor do I get any resolution through chat. They are driving me crazy, and it's causing mental harassment. Their CEO, Vivek Raina, is such a pathetic person.
