Suruchi sood filed complaint against Club Factory E Commerce on Aug 31, 2020

I had ordered sofa cover set of * cost rs.**** from club factory on **.**.****. unfortunately order didn't shipped till **.**.****.so i cancelled it on **.**.****. Customer support assured me to get my refund in *-* days..But there is no any refund or any updates i received till date.its more than * months now still waiting for refund
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I have ordered running shoe and in image it looks like good quality but once i received it seems used product and quality is not good but after some days i found the attached message that return request is rejected ...
