I had applied for online service for driving licence on Driving wale website. I paid Rs. **** online to HRL Consultancy Servic Pune on Aug **. I immediately cancelled this service and requested for a refund. The grievance number filed by me on Drivingwale website is AK-********-****-N-GV. * days later i got an email from Drivingwale that the grievance has been resolved. However the amount is yet to be refunded. The phone numbers listed by them are never answered and neither do i get a reply to my emails.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
