Drivingwale - Got duped by Drivingwale to get the assistance in Duplicate Driving license

Hi All,
I have applied for renewal of DL on Oct-**th **** and paid Rs.****, When I asked the Drivingwale executive on **-Oct-**** why the application is pending till today, the response given by the executive is that the Pimpri-Chinchwad RTO accepts slots from * pm to ** pm only, So nobody from Drivingwale will go to RTO & schedule the slot after office hours. The absurd request from the executive is to wait *-* days to expect a change in RTO timings, which is a joke in itself. When I asked the executive that what is the guarantee that RTO slots acceptance timings will change after *-* days, she said that you can also process from your side on that note I asked why I have paid you Rs.**** to process my DL application if I had to apply, she disconnected the call.
So I have concluded as per their executive response that my application will not be processed in the near future which is of no use to me.
