Supriya Dhar filed complaint against Club factory on Aug 6, 2020
I had ordered an AirPod pro on .. June and it was despatched on .. June as per company website but it never got delivered and on contacting club factory and Delhivery courier they said due to COVID it’s taking time but later on it was sent back to seller on *th July citing COVID pandemic as reason to return of delivery. I contacted club factory again on *th July they said refund would be initiated when seller receives item. As per Delhivery website the item is shown as received by seller on ** July evening. Since then despite multiple emails being sent to courier company no resolution has been done so far. It’s been two weeks now.
