Tikona Broadband - Refund Not Received

I register for tikona broadband in ** augest **** but i request them to cancel ** augest because one of my friend was using tikona broadband and he said there speed is slow and sometimes there server down for * to * days .So at that time my exam was going on and i think it is not safe to use tikona connection.so i request for cancelation . I and my friend call the customers care and request for cancelation and refund then he said after ** days you will get cancelation messages and max ** days you will get refund .but after ** days also they dont proceeds my id for cancelation and there is no hope for refund because i m not the only one who get cheated by tikona there are so many reviews on quora about tikona you can check. For such a Fraud we must stand together.
