I ordered some food through magic pin and it was accepted but after few minutes the order was cancelled and it was mentioned refund would be processed within in *-* days. I ordered on **th Jun **** and till today I didn't receive the refund. I contacted customer service regarding the same they mentioned refund is processed and it is banks issue but are not providing any transaction id or other details which are required to check with the bank.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
