Magic Pin - Lack of delivery of services

Nowhere in my interaction I have mentioned that it would like to cancel or deny the order i just mentioned that it is done my mistake coz the timing might not match, I didnot ask for cancellation. They went ahead and cancelled it and then tgey are blaming it on. I have waited more than ** hours, being in constant touch through app and emails, gave ample details and explanations and pics of how this has unfolded, since yesterday more than *** emails have been exchanged ,I tried every channel to reach them and waited patiently for resolution but they have just stalled me and blamed me.They took my money , wasted my time and efforts. They are the most unprofessional, unhelpful and pathetic customer service I have ever had.
