Myntra - Refund not received

I have been reaching out to Myntra since ** January ****, when they processed a refund, to report that my bank account had already been closed on ** January **** before the refund process began. Despite repeatedly sharing my bank statement and official proof, the customer support team has been unprofessional and unresponsive. For nearly three months, I have called over ** times and sent ** emails, yet every time I am told to wait ** hours for an update that never arrives. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply close the complaint without providing any solution. Later, Myntra gave me an incorrect bank reference number and insisted the problem was with my bank. When I checked, I discovered that the reference number they provided was the same one generated when I paid for the product, not for the refund. I even tried to request a change of account details so the refund could be processed correctly, but Myntra told me there was no option to do so. They assured me that if the refund failed, they would contact me, but they never did. This repeated cycle of delays, misinformation, and lack of accountability has caused me significant frustration, and my refund remains unresolved to this day.
