Limeroad Shopping Website - Refund not received

Manisha filed complaint against Limeroad Shopping Website on Dec 28, 2025

I ordered two kurta sets from limeroad and gave wrong delivery address. So in the time of delivery i rejected the order and cancelled both kurtis as the delivery address is wrong. Received the refund of only one kurti after * days and still not received the refund of other. It's been a month since this happened. I tried reaching out to customer care but the issue persist. The status of my order is showing refund successful where I still didn't received refund. I don't have any idea what to do now.
