Limeroad Shopping Website - Product not delivered but status updated as delivered

The product is shown in the limeroad app as delivered but infact it has not been delivered. On contact the customer care, the calls never go through so I emailed them. They assured they will provide a proof of delivery in **hrs. Many **hrs have passed since then but they haven't given any proof. If they are not able to provide the proof they should return the money as it was a prepaid order but seems like the company is just in the mood of dodging the customers and duping them of the money. I have raised a complaint with Consumer Affairs as well.
