Refund not received for cancelled order – Savana
Complaint Details:
I placed an order with Savana (Order ID: S*********************). The order was cancelled, and Savana confirmed via whatsapp that a refund of ₹**** was initiated on September *, ****.
However, the refund has not been credited to my bank account. When I contacted my bank, they informed me that no such transaction has been received.
I tried to reach the Customer support on Savana but that is an auto-generated model and is not solution-driven.
This shows negligence and lack of proper support, causing me financial and mental stress.
I need you to help me with this.
