My wife sangeeta naruka purchased rs *** product from flipkart and paid amount by my debit card ending last **** after sometimes I cancelled the order due to some issue.I received message cancelled and refund in my account from flipkart on may **,**** *:** pm but refund amount not received yet.I complained in flipkart but company is not giving satisfy reply and my amount not received bank said company not refunded yet according bank statement .please solve the problem.
