Dermaco - Refund not received

I ordered an item on December **th and the expected date was December **th. When the item still did not arrive, I raised an issue on December **th. Then on the **th, I received an email saying "Refund Initiate" and the amount has not been credited to my account yet. I am tired of complaining and I want my issue resolved as soon as possible.
