Dermaco - Got defective product

I had ordered hyaloronic acid aqua gel sunscreen on ** th march..I received it on ** th march.. Its texture was transparent and oily structure. As I was using for first time I was not aware of its texture so I kept on using it.. after using it I have got severe acne. Now I visited doctor, he's charging me thousands of rupees to treat this.
I cannot afford it.So I am unable to step out of home because of this acne..
