Reliance digital online - Refund not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

Kindly hasten the refund of my Order No.: RDF******** which I cancelled sunday. I am in need of that fund urgently. Please understand and refund the amount at the earliest. It still says cancellation is initiated.Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

It's almost * days after cancellation, still it's on cancellation initiated. NO REFUND HAS BEEN INITIATED TILL NOW. It is said that the order will reach within * days but why is the order taking more than * days to reach the warehouse back after cancellation. My complaint No. ************. I don't have time to wait more than the stipulated time promised by your company. And there is an awaiting product to be bought by using the refund. Please hasten the refund.

Everytime on contacting your customer care they say it will be done soon and ask for **-**hrs which is over twice from the date of cancellation. All they send is copy pasted mail each and every time.Kindly do the needful and refund my money back. I am completely losing trust on reliance digital.
