Reliance digital online - Package not delivered

I have ordered an playstation * from reliance digital app on ** feb and delivery was ** feb. On ** feb when i checked the app they showed me order returned without letting me know with any call or email. I tried to contact with there customer care they did not resolve my issue when ever i say that i want my money refunded they always replied ** hours ** hours and they are not responding me in a good way i have all proofs.
