As i had ordered grocery but they delivered to wrong address so asked to customer service regarding the issue and they told me through chat service to get refund of *** rs but still not got. More then ** hours happened.

I received a dameged items and when I told them about it they didn't do anything, they didn't exchange it or didn't even refund. This is the fourth time I faced this problem. Everytime they did the same.
