Swiggy Instamart Grocery - Recived dameged items and when I complaint about it to them they didn t do anything about it

I received a dameged items and when I told them about it they didn't do anything, they didn't exchange it or didn't even refund. This is the fourth time I faced this problem. Everytime they did the same.
