Lybrate - Refund not received

I've been trying to get refund of Rs ****(****+***+***) from Lybrate since *th May. I am providing you the debit and credit transaction from my bank. As you can i see i got refund of **** after complaining to my bank since they could reverse card transaction, but they told me that rest of the transactions are UPI, so it needs to be done from the recipient side. I made payment of **** for gold membership, and Lybrate was supposed to add this money to my Lybrate wallet as specified in Lybrate gold membership conditions, however the money was never added to my wallet, so I'd like to have this money refunded. . Also, multiple Rs *** transactions were made for making doctor appointment since Lybrate app kept on saying transaction failed even though money always transferred to their account as confirmed by my bank (ICICI). I am also attaching the statement from my bank account to show all the transactions up to now. They are also summarized below:

When I checked online, I see other people also complaining about the same issue where Lybrate get the money however their app shows transactions failed. Lybrate customer service number never works and there is no reply from their customer service email in spite of my multiple requests, so it looks like this whole set up is intentionally designed to take money from customers and hoping that they will forget after some time as individually amount is not much for anyone to take legal action against them. It looks like a financial scam.
