Akash Byjus - Refund not received

I got a call from akash byjus team from Mr. Ashutosh. I purchased the neet course costs around ₹***** and i couldn't afford that amount so I decided not to buy the course due to the financial crisis . Then they convinced me and told me to pay from credit card the half payment only and right after they told me to pay the full amount so I told him and I can't purchase you have to give that half amount back as I can't buy and he told me that you have to pay the full amount in order to get the refund after ** -** days. However I paid and when I called them after **-** days they told me that I told you to cancel this within ** days and when I tried to call them within those days they told me to attend classes first you can't cancel right now. I called after ** days they told me to mail the cancellation team and I did. The very next day I got a call from their team and told me to mail again I did and he said your process is initiated and you need not to call again your issue will be resolved by the end of the month. The whole month went like this. Then I tried to call every ** days in nov and dec and till now (January) I'm trying. Whenever I call, every time the different person picks up and tells the same thing over and over again, and I have to tell everyone the same thing over and over again.They told me that your process wasn't initiated before now I have initiated the process and you will get your refund within **-** days.its been * months I'm trying and now they are telling we can't refund we only can extend your course as we haven't received your mail. They are big liars . They did fraud me . I'm very disappointed by byjus team
