Akash Byjus - Refund not done

I have opted akash byju online class
for my son studying xi std based on the consuling from a representative through phone call. On **th july **** and paid total amount of ****** INR from my bank account thru the link they provided..as explained to the counselor Mr. SARATHY regarding time management of my son is difficult to attend, but still he guided to attend and asked to cancel if not able to manage time..after attending one class my son could not manage time after school hours, due to which I have canceled and requested for refund on *nd of August **** through mail to cancellation team.. they sent a reply mail from support services that request is registered and with in ** to ** hrs team will contact. After many call to toll free number finally call came from cancellation team on **th September *.**pm and said that they will take ***** as cancellation fees..I asked y charges when I have done with ** days..their answer was that we did not take classes for * days minimum..so they charge *****..I said them I ll legally bind case for forgery.. the counselor who initially explained the details did not give such information that to attend the class for minimum days..this is completely a pure form of forgery done by akash byju
