M3m India Private Limited - Refund not received

On **/**/****, I visited M*M India Pvt. Ltd gallery in Gurugram with an agent (from Investors Clinic) to know about the M*M Antalaya Hills project and met some people. During the conversation, they made me believe that the project has very high demand and has limited inventory and if you do not pay any amount now to show Expression of Interest (EOI), you will be a loser. The same day in the evening, I paid Rs. ***** through UPI in the company account to show the expression of Interest. it was told to me the amount is fully refundable. In those gallery, the customer is surrounded by many people and bombarded with convincing arguments. But thereafter I realized that I was completely misled. The price that was quoted to me there was exorbitantly higher than the price available on the company website and later were being quoted to me by other property agents for the same project. I believe in fair process of dealing with people but not the way I was dealt with. On **/**/****, I sent an email to the company with request to refund the Rs. *****, that I had paid to show expression of interest. In response I was informed to contact their relation ship manager. I called and emailed them multiple times but they were not supportive and I am still waiting for the refund. Please help me. Ticket no. of the complaint is ********.
