M3m India Private Limited - My Deposited amount not return against cancellation

M*M india pvt ltd advertised one offer called "Unlock Gurgaon" for their new project in real estate name M*M skycity, purchase flats.
As per that they took INR ***** from customer for availing the deal & like many customer I paid INR ***** to M*M dated **th July **** through my debit card. Their channel partner is Investor clinic.
M*M & investor clinic both promised that offer will launch on **st July **** & after that if customer will agree then deal will further process to purchase of flat if customer not want to accept offer then they can cancel & M*M will return the deposit amount of INR ***** by nest * days without any deduction.
Following the same after offer launched, I understand the offer & decided not to go ahead so I raised my cancellation request. Visit M*M office, discussed with M*M person (Mr. Akash Bansal) & Mr. Vijay Vinit, Mr. Shivam (Investor clinic ), they told me to send cancellation request by e-mail with my a/c details which I sent on *rd August ****.
After that continuously * reminder e-mail I have sent but not getting my money back neither any revert.
I called Investor clinic, M*M although they are saying will return but approx ** days over no result.
I have their call recording, payment slip etc. as evidence.
I beleive this is clearly cheating case & I want my money back of INR ***** with compensation.
