I'm Deepti Sharma, a resident of Hari Nagar, New Delhi-*****. I used Travolook for airline booking. I initiated the booking for Delhi to Goa - Air Asia - I* - *** on *th October **** at around *:** pm. The booking was for three passengers and amounted to INR **, ***. (Amount being paid)
A few minutes after the reservation I received a call from their Support Team - from a girl named Hema that the booking had been canceled due to fare expiration and the amount would be refunded within * working days.
The Support team sent me the details in the mail that included an attached Bank Transfer undertaking that was to be filed by me and requested me to send valid ID proof along with the Cancelled cheque.
I sent all the details duly filed on **th September ****. It has been a week and there has been no concrete communication on when will i get my refund. They rarely pick up calls if contacted on their customer service number( ****- *******)
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
