Post the retun pick up i received email from Urbanic support team about the redund with reference ID. *************
RRN for refund ID: rfnd_MFakMJgGYSIZ**. As per this email dated **th July, they have initiated the payment on **th July. When I raised a dispute on non credit of this amount, they keep asking for the bank statement and closing the ticket. I have shared the bank statement in both PDF and bank app screne shot format, which they are not considering. I have requested them many times to call me however no call received from support team as well yet.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
