My order no f******. I had returned the order back the next day after I received it. Its been a month and I'm still chasing them for a refund. I have sent so many emails and I called them up every day but no revert or no update. Finally got an email on *th March stating refund will be dining in *-* working days after calling them on the *th day they asked me to wait for another *-* working days. They keep giving false excuses and it's been more than a month.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
