Hi I recently placed and order for two items from forever ** website. I received one of the item on September ** and the other was due to be delivered on September ** , when I check the website on October * it show it has been delivered but I haven’t received the item . So I send an email for the same mentioning the situation but I received a reply on Oct * stating that I reached out after * days after the order has been delivered which is not right because I reach out on October * but did not got any response from your end apart from the the automated one saying a representative will reach out in ** hrs which never happened.
I email them explaining the situation several time but they did not respond.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
