So I have booked *tickets from manali to delhi on zing bus application after * hours I received a msg that the ticket was cancelled and the money will be refunded in *-* days a month has been passed away till
Now I didn’t get my money back

Zingbus policy allows non-prime users to get * full cancellation in ** days, if the ticket is canceled more than * hours ago. And I canceled it * hours ago. Yet the company is not allowing me refund.
