I booked air ticket for *thMarch from Mumbai to Kanpur. I got a call on ** Feb that my booking is aborted and I will receive my refund with *-* business days.I am following up with them continuously but they are still giving me the same reply again and again and misleading me everytime by not providing me screenshot of processing payment from their end as they claime that they have initiated the payment.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
