I booked an online Air Ticket with Travolook on June **th and they canceled it from their end. I was waiting for my refund but customer support kept replying it would come in the next *-** days. After that my credit card got blocked now I want my payment in a bank account but the company is not making any efforts to help me. I have also sent them mail as suggested by their team but for a standard reply on it. due to this, I had to pay **** extra to the credit card company and I still have not received my refund
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
