SpiceJet - Refund not received

I have been charged * times for a transaction while booking a flight from dharamshala to delhi on **-June at *:** for * passengers. I am being charged * times for same transaction once from axis bank net banking option and once from credit card.
I tried to book from axis bank net banking first and it failed after that i booked via credit card when it booked from credit card, my axis bank account was also debited at same time.
