I bought a soundbar (Fort S**) from Mivi on June *rd, ****. After a few days, the product was delivered and when I unboxed the pack I found damage (dent in the corner of the soundbar) to the product (pic attached). On June *th, ****, I emailed the customer care of Mivi mentioning about the issue. From there I started facing the worst customer service experience followed by mental agony. they asked to send the unboxing video. I did that. but they were not satisfied with that video. They then told me to ship the product to them but they won't reimburse the cost. After so much crying they agreed to pick up the product from my place. On **th July Mivi mailed me saying that the product is delivered at their place. Then I asked about the refund and after that, they were not responding to my emails and calls. I'm so much harassed by their behavior. It's been almost * months since I made the purchase and they never ever tried returning my money or answering my emails. this is daylight robbery. On top, there are no return/refund policies mentioned in the email. As of today, I've sent almost around *** emails and ** calls to them. but NO RESPONSE. I'd like to have my refund with all the interest and cost returned asap.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
