AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD - refund not received

I am waiting for my IRCTC refund, Rs ****, is to be refund. IRCTC has already share transaction Id( ***************)
against pnr no :- ********** with me as ITCTC has refunded the same amount, but in axis bank statement my transaction is not showing why? as well as waiting for refund.
as well as there are * or * transaction which i am not able to see in my statement, waiting for the refund for this all transaction also

waiting for refund for all this transaction.
request you to do the needful eals I am not going to payment the due amount, as well as I will submit a complain to consumer court. coz this all issue are pending from very long time, and your customer care are giving me excuse every time. and they are resolving the ticket from there behalf without resolving my Issue as well as without confirmation
