Manjiri urkude filed complaint against Myntra on Jan 4, 2022
Company says that they have initiated the refund on */*/**** and provided estimate refund time by */*/**** , but the money is not credited to the given bank account.
After that I reach to myntra help center and file complaint and i also contact to my bank for the same they said the problem is from there. I also provided alternate bank account details to myntra. But the response is not good.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
