FIRST OF ALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE CAR BATTERY. GOT STUCK IN MIDDLE OF HIGHWAY, CALLED UP THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE CAR, HE SAID GET THE BATTERY REPLACED AND AMOUNT WILL BE REIMBURSED. MY WHOLE TRIP WAS MESSED UP DUE TO THIS.
IT'S BEEN * MONTHS AND I HAVENT RECEIVED ANY KIND OF REFUND.
NO UPDATE ON EMAIL EVEN AFTER REPETATIVE FOLLOW-UPS, NO CALL BACKS, CUSTOMER SUPPORT NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY.
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE !
