Mednear - Refund not received

I have placed order on **th May ****. My order was not delivered and cancelled by mednear on**th May **** from there end.Now more than ** days passed my refund is not initiated by mednear. No customer care number available to call them to know the status.

I had placed an order for few medicines on**th oct..as it was showing available i had paid the amount of Rs ****.(my order no MNP******)..but as there was no confirmation evn after a week or so i cancelled the order...
