I had placed an order for few medicines on**th oct..as it was showing available i had paid the amount of Rs ****.(my order no MNP******)..but as there was no confirmation evn after a week or so i cancelled the order...(cancelled date **st oct)..since then i have been trying to connect with the customer support for the refund...still no refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
