My ticket to kochi was booked for feb ****.Due to some reasons i had to cancel my ticket and as soon i did that i got a message of the amount i am going to get back as refund. * - ** workings days were given for the refund to get credited byt it is almost * months now.and whenever i raise a complaint through email or by calling them i just get the same reply that is to wait for another * days. May be the amount is not a big issue for them but for me the amount matters. I need help as they are doing the same thing with my brother who also booked the entire familys ticket and had to cancel it.
