State Bank Of India - Refund not received

my complaint no. wp************* pending for * months i have not received my refund amount of rs ****. issue is elaborated in detail below.

i am availing buddy wallet service via my mobile no. **********. on **th June ****, i deposited Rs **** in my sbi buddy wallet vide transaction no. **********, on the same day I made online payment using sbi buddy wallet companion card vide transaction no. **********, to purchase a product from myntra.com (order no. *******-*******-*******). however, I was not satisfied with the product purchased from mynta.com and thus it was returned for refund on **th July, ****. on **th July, ****, myntra.com initiated refund to original mode of payment i.e. my sbi buddy wallet companion card of amount Rs **** with bank reference no. ***********************. after contacting sbi customer care, I was informed that refund amount from myntra.com would reflect in my sbi buddy wallet within a week latest by **th July, **** as the same did not happen, I raised a complaint with sbi customer care on **th july **** under the complaint ticket no. wp*************. I have contacted sbi customer care numerous times via email and calls to follow up on my complaint yet nearly * months have passed still issue is unresolved.
