The company generated a refund of **** on **st november, which was supposed to be credited in *-** business day. But it's ** December today i haven't received any refund. The customer cares asked me to send the bank statements , i did that too. still all the do is give me another date for resolving my issue, and the cycle continues.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
