I ordered two boat basshead *** earphones. Due to some personal reasons I had to cancel the order. It was prepaid and I paid via Upi. So I cancelled the order . For one of the products it showed as order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated. It will take ** working days for the amount to be credited in my bank. My my main concern is for the second product which is still stuck is cancellation process initiated. Its been more than ** hours but the order is still stuck in pending cancellation. I tried to contact the customer care and waited for hours still no one received the call. I reached them through help and support section , there they are saying that they are looking into the matter and provide me an update asap but they did nothing and I got no updates. Its been a long time now. I feel paytm has cheated my money. They are irresponsible and do not value their customers. In these two days I have run here and there for help but unfortunately I did not get any help that's why I am lodging a complaint in consumer forum and I hope that you help me. My full name will be Pritam Mondal and my order number for paytm mall will be **********. Please help me
