Goibibo flights - Refund not received

I had to cancel my flight tickets dated **nd Nov **** from nagpur to Mumbai because indigo preponed flight timings by *hours and I had to follow plan B and cancel it on **th October ****, since the timings were not convenient to me. I have booked my tickets from goibibo app, I received email stating my tickets got cancelled and I will get my refund within * working days but till date I am waiting for my refund. I mailed to indigo about this but they replied that they have proceded my request the same day I.e **th October **** and that I should check with the agency I.e goibibo. Kindly, see that I get my refund to the earliest.
