Asma Abdulla Sakharkar filed complaint against Goibibo flights on Sep 20, 2022
Yesterday I made a booking. The booking was failed but the amt was debited from my account. I tried contacting Goibibo customer care service but their service is literally the worst. You can’t talk with them on call neither you can send a Mail. The only last option I had was to text them on Instagram. After sendings tons of messages they called me and now they are saying me that they haven’t received the money but the transaction clearly shows that the amt have been debited from account. They are asking me to connect with the bank and bank is asking me to connect with the Goibibo app. Nor of them is solving my problem and not giving me assurance that my money will be refunded.
