I canceled my Zoomcar booking (booking id JPS*NKSYA) on **th April **** due to lockdown.
I got the refund processed email on **th April **** (screenshot attached).
As per the policy (which says that amount will be reflected up to ** days), I waited for ** days and till now I haven't got a refund.
I have emailed them many times but they are not providing me any reasonable response. This is my very bad experience with Zoomcar.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
