Jabong.com - Refund not received, has been a month

I shopped with Jabong a month back for which the order of us *******-*******-*******, one article Nike Vctry Grx Black Training Sports Bra was returned in the mode of self ship. I emailed them the courier details and order details immediately, also called them up to inform. Jabong received the parcel on **th August as confirmed by their executive. But when I didn't receive the refund according to the promised time which is ** days approximately, I called to check, and the refund was not initiated. After that I called up after every ** hrs to check, but no good. Talked to the supervisors, no good. Then I emailed Mr. Sanjeev Mohanty, the CEO of Jabong. Even they are not bothered. No reply. Today **st September again I called, still not resolved. I have also shared the bad customer service and this fraud on Facebook. Please help to get my refund back.Jabong is a fraud.They want to gain revenue by keeping people's money. They are not bothered about the company reputation. I will attach the courier evidence and any other evidence if needed. Order Id and refund amount is mentioned above. Please help as already has been a month now.
